This includes having a current sports physical. Please arrange for all of this to be completed before August 11th. All girls interested in trying out for a team must be there on the first day. If you are unable to make it to the first day of tryouts you must speak directly to Head Coach Jen Nelson. Individual team practice times will be uploaded to the website shortly. Varsity players should plan on practice from 8-1 each day for the first week.
Tryouts are open to girls 8-12 grade.
8th graders are invited to tryout for the 9th grade volleyball team.
All girls 9-12 grade are invited to try-out for the JV and Varsity Teams. All 9th graders that do not make the JV or Varisty team will then report to 9th grade tryouts.

Tiffany Sayuk:
This is Tiffany’s 1st year with the Cougars as well as her first year coaching at the high school level. At the club level, Tiffany has been involved in coaching for Mankato Juniors, Omeja Juniors and M1.
As a student-athlete at Minnesota State Mankato, she earned All-NCC and All-Region honors. She was also name MSU-Mankato’s Female Athlete of the Year (‘05-'06). In high school, she attended New Life Academy of Woodbury and participated in volleyball, basketball and track.
The new junior varsity coach is Crystal Dohman: Coach Dohman has several years of volleyball coaching experience, including coaching for the New Prague JO team, the junior varsity team in Eden Prairie and as a Northern Lights JO coach.
